To ensure you have the individual attention you need, we keep our group retreats to a maximum of 20 participants.

PRIVATE GROUPS:

Coming to The Sun Valley FIT Experience as a family or a group of friends is an excellent idea, which will truly be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! We are available to discuss dates with you apart from those listed here on the website, in addition to holding the retreat at a private accommodation of your choice, and personalizing the day to fit your desires. Please email us to discuss this exciting option.

DEPOSIT/CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS:

A 50% non-refundable, transferrable deposit is due at the time of your registration. If you need to make changes to your initial reservation, your deposit is transferrable to another session for up to one year from the date you initially registered. Your deposit can also be transferred to a friend or family member. If a date change is requested within two weeks of the start date of your initial retreat session, a $250 rescheduling fee will be incurred.

HEALTH &/or MARKETING PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT:

If you are in the health care field and work with clients on a daily basis to which you could recommend The Sun Valley F.I.T. Experience to, or are in a position where you promote the Sun Valley area, we would love to have you participate. You will receive a discounted program price of 20% off the regular cost.

OPTIONS FOR YOUR SPOUSE:

Sharing this health-promoting experience with your spouse is an excellent way to dramatically increase staying committed to your healthy lifestyle all-year-round. So our suggestion is for you to come together of course!

Yet we at Sun Valley F.I.T. respect that you and your spouse may have different interests. If you would like to travel to Sun Valley to enjoy a F.I.T. Experience, but your spouse would like to do other activites, no problem!  During your pre-retreat phone call, we will discuss your options…The Sun Valley area has a wide-range of activities perfect for any vacationer…from golf and fly fishing in the summer to snow or nordic skiing in the winter. Please see the Sun Valley Area tab for more activity details. For a small fee, our Sun Valley area experts will be happy to design a separate, design-to-fit vacation for your spouse.

TEENS:

We happily accommodate teens from the age of 14 and up when accompanied by an adult. Learning healthy lifestyle habits when young is the best way to ensure they become a way of life into adulthood. What a priceless gift you will be giving to your teen to help them start young!
