The design of your Sun Valley F.I.T. Experience is truly endless! If you choose a private retreat, we can discuss what elements of healthy living you would like included in your day…yoga, hiking, horse back riding, a cooking class, a health lecture on a topic of your choice, massage, mediation….as well as what time you would like your day to start and end.

If you join one of the group retreats, our daily activities vary, but a sample day looks as follows:

7:30 – 8:15am       Yoga/stretching
8:30 – 9:30am       Breakfast
10:00 – Noon        Fitness activity
12:30 – 1:30pm     Lunch
2:00 – 3:30pm      The Four Pillars of Health Program with Dr. Stanislaw
3:30 – 6:00pm      Free time/massage/sauna/nap/explore town
6:00 – 8:00pm      Hands-on healthy cooking class & dinner
8:30 – 9:00pm      Guided relaxation/meditation

For the 1-5 day group retreats, please note that all activities are optional. Want to sleep in? Go ahead! Need a day to rest and skip the daily fitness activity? No problem! This is YOUR vacation. Do what feels best for you.
