The design of your Sun Valley F.I.T. Experience is truly endless! We will discuss what elements of healthy living you would like included in your day(s)…yoga, hiking, horse back riding, a cooking class, a health lecture on a topic of your choice, massage, mediation….as well as what time you would like your day to start and end.

Your choice of activities and at what time is totally up to you, but if you choose a full day, here is just one example of a full day’s schedule:

7:30 – 8:15am       Yoga/stretching
8:30 – 9:30am       Breakfast
10:00 – Noon        Fitness activity
12:30 – 1:30pm     Lunch
2:00 – 3:30pm      The Four Pillars of Health Program with Dr. Stanislaw
3:30 – 6:00pm      Free time/massage/sauna/nap/explore town
6:00 – 8:00pm      Hands-on healthy cooking class & dinner
8:30 – 9:00pm      Guided relaxation/meditation

This is just one example. Perhaps you only have 2 hours each day for a week…no problem! How you choose to design your Sun Valley F.I.T. Experience is totally up to you!
